Shannon W*** was our consultant with BRR and he made sure we knew what was going to happen each step along the way. The materials were delivered 4 days ahead of the roofers arriving. The roofers themselves arrived when promised and had the entire roof finished in one day. We’d had rain/storm damage and most of the decking had to be replaced, so I was really impressed. Last, but not least, Shannon himself did a final walk through with us, making sure we were satisfied before handing over the bill. It was less than estimated. We’ve had 2 serious rain storms since then and everything is still tight and dry!
